Exchange & Refund Policy
Inspection Policy
Before accepting your order, you have the right to inspect your
sneakers to make sure they match the size and model you ordered and are free from any
manufacturing defects.
If the size doesn't fit or there's any similar issue, you can
refuse to receive the order and only pay for the shipping cost.
If you notice any problem with the product during inspection,
you can simply refuse the delivery — no extra fees will be charged.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available within 10 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in its
original condition (unworn, with the box and tags).
You can request an exchange if the size doesn't fit or if
there's a manufacturing defect.
If the exchange is due to size, the customer covers the
shipping cost. If it's our mistake or a defect, we cover it.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
The sneakers must be in the
same condition you received them (unworn and in the original box).
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed
within 3–5 business days through the same
payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to
our error (wrong item or defect).
General Notes
Any product without its original box, tags, or that shows signs
of wear won't be accepted for return or exchange.
We highly recommend checking your order carefully in front of
the courier before confirming delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Policies
We do our best to make sure your sneakers reach you as quickly
as possible and in perfect condition.
Delivery usually takes 2 to
5 business days depending on your location.
Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to
arrange the delivery details.
Please make sure your phone number and address are correct to
avoid any delays.
If the courier can't reach you after multiple attempts, the
order will be returned, and a new delivery can be arranged with an extra shipping fee.
If you receive the wrong item or your sneakers arrive damaged,
please contact us immediately.
We'll handle it and resend the correct pair at no extra cost.
Important: Always inspect your order in front of the delivery person to
ensure everything is correct before accepting the package.
