How long does delivery take?
We deliver across Egypt within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Cairo and Giza orders typically arrive within 2–3 days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.
Is there free shipping?
Yes! All orders above EGP 2,000 ship free anywhere in Egypt. Orders below that threshold have a flat shipping fee of EGP 60.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime from your My Account > Orders page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Meeza cards, Instapay, Vodafone Cash, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are secured with 256-bit encryption.
Are all your sneakers authentic and original?
100%. Every sneaker on Rokstep is sourced directly from authorized distributors and official brand channels. We guarantee authenticity on every single pair. If you ever suspect otherwise, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
How are your sneakers stored and shipped?
All sneakers are stored in a climate-controlled warehouse to preserve quality. Each pair is carefully packaged in its original box with extra protection to prevent any damage during transit.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! You can add premium gift wrapping at checkout. Your order will arrive in a sleek Rokstep gift box — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.
How do I find the right size?
Check our Size Guide on each product page. We provide conversion charts for EU, US, and UK sizes. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend going half a size up for a comfortable fit.
Do your sneakers run true to size?
Most of our sneakers run true to size (TTS). However, certain brands and models may fit differently. We include specific fit notes on each product page. When in doubt, contact our team for personalized advice!
Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely! If the size doesn't fit, you can exchange it within 14 days of delivery — as long as the sneakers are unworn, in original condition, and in their original box. Use our easy return wizard on the Contact page to start the process.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unworn sneaker in its original box within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Worn sneakers can only be returned if they are defective. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We're sorry if that happens! Send us a photo of the damage via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No returns needed.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, earn loyalty points, and reorder faster.
How do loyalty points work?
Every purchase earns you points that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. You also earn bonus points for creating an account, writing reviews, and referring friends. Check your point balance anytime from the loyalty widget on our site.
